After submission, you'll receive a confirmation email outlining the next steps and access to your Permit Issues Consulting.

We’ll assign a dedicated project manager to oversee your project. They’ll conduct a full review of your documents to ensure everything is complete and ready to move forward. Your project manager will be available through your Permit Velocity Portal for any questions or updates.

Next, we create a tailored permitting strategy for your project, outlining the necessary permits, timelines, and agency processes. Your project manager will work closely with you to gather any additional documentation needed for the permit submission.

Once your permit application is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation and an estimated timeline. You’ll be kept up to date with regular progress reports as your application moves through reviews and approvals. As approvals and comments are received, your project manager will facilitate communication and resolve any issues between your design team and, when necessary, the AHJ. We conduct thorough quality checks to ensure a seamless and accurate resubmittal process.
